The Supply Chain Dashboard — Brightpearl Edition is a self-contained HTML dashboard that turns two standard Brightpearl CSV exports (Sales Order List and Inventory Detail) into an executive supply chain view in under a minute. It runs entirely in your browser, offline, with no upload, no install and no integration. It is licensed annually per company and is built and supported by Dashboard Foundry in the United Kingdom.
See where value is snagging in your supply chain
Two CSV exports from Brightpearl. One self-contained HTML file. Under a minute, no technical skill, no data leaving your machine.
The supply chain iris is a radial chart that answers one question: where in our commercial process is value flowing cleanly, and where is it snagging? Every customer is a wedge, sized by their share of your order book. Each of seven rings is a stage — from order book through fulfilment, recency, order size, momentum and margin. Colour shows health. A dark band across one ring tells you the problem is your process. A dark wedge running outward tells you the problem is that customer.
Eight tabs
- Executive — order book, blended margin, stock value, critical SKU count
- Supply chain iris — the radial view, cross-filtered
- Customers — concentration, dormancy, margin outliers
- Order book — intake, status, stuck orders
- Stock health — critical, overstocked, excess cash tied up
- Products — velocity, margin, movement
- Margin — by customer, product and channel
- Data quality — what in your export is distorting the numbers
The two exports you need
- Inventory Detail — Reports → Inventory → Inventory Detail
- Sales Order List — Sales → Orders → Export list
Extra columns are ignored. The dashboard validates both files on load and tells you plainly if a required column is missing.

- The dashboard as one HTML file — runs offline, nothing installed

What this is not
It is not a live integration — it reads a CSV export, so figures are a point-in-time snapshot, not a real-time feed. It is not a forecasting engine. It does not replace Brightpearl. Thresholds and scoring bands ship as sensible defaults and are fully configurable — the documentation shows you exactly where to change them.
Your data stays yours
The file parses your CSVs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, transmitted or stored anywhere. You can run it with your network cable unplugged.
Licensing and delivery
Annual licence per company. Single covers one entity; Group covers up to five. Larger or multi-entity groups are priced on application — email hello@aidashboardfoundry.com.
How delivery works: you download the dashboard, documentation and training deck immediately after payment. Your licence key is issued separately and emailed to you within one business day — the dashboard will not open until the key is entered. We ask for your company name at checkout because the key is issued in that name and displays inside the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Supply Chain Dashboard — Brightpearl Edition?
It is an offline HTML supply chain dashboard for businesses running Brightpearl by Sage. You export two CSV files from Brightpearl, drop them into the dashboard, and get an executive view of your order book, stock health, customer concentration and margin across eight tabs.
Which exports does it need?
Two: the Sales Order List and the Inventory Detail report. Both are standard Brightpearl exports — no custom report building required.
Does my data leave my computer?
No. The CSV files are parsed entirely inside your browser using local JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded, transmitted or stored on any server. The dashboard works with no internet connection at all.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It is a single HTML file. You open it in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. There is no add-in, no server, no cloud account and no IT project.
How long does setup take?
Under a minute. Export the two files from Brightpearl, load them, and the dashboard builds itself.
How much does it cost?
The annual licence starts at £2,400 for a single entity. A Group licence covers up to five entities. Larger groups are priced on application.
What is the supply chain iris?
The iris is a radial chart where each customer is a wedge sized by their share of your order book, and each of seven concentric rings is a stage of your commercial process — order book, fulfilment, recency, order size, momentum and margin. Colour shows health, so a dark ring points to a process problem and a dark wedge points to a customer problem.
Is it a live integration or real-time feed?
Neither. It reads a point-in-time CSV export, so the figures reflect the moment you exported them. Re-export and reload whenever you want a fresh view.
Can the thresholds and scoring be changed?
Yes. Every formula, weighting and threshold is documented in the included metrics documentation, and the documentation shows exactly where to change them.
What do I get after I buy?
You download the dashboard, the metrics documentation and a 15-slide training deck immediately. Your licence key is emailed separately within one business day, and the dashboard opens once the key is entered.
Built for Brightpearl. Editions for other inventory and ERP systems are also available — ask us.
HOW TO READ IT
The Iris, explained
The chart at the centre of this dashboard maps your entire commercial process onto one shape. Rings are stages, wedges are the things you serve, colour shows where value is snagging.
