Frequently asked questions

What do I actually receive?

A digital download, available immediately after purchase. Depending on the product that's an Excel file (.xlsx), a Power BI file (.pbix), or a self-contained HTML file you open in any browser.

Do I need any special software?

Excel dashboards need Microsoft Excel 2016 or later. Power BI files need Power BI Desktop (free from Microsoft). HTML dashboards need nothing but a web browser — they work on Windows, Mac, tablets and phones.

How do I get my own data in?

Every dashboard has a clearly marked data sheet. Paste or import your data there and the visuals update automatically. Written instructions are included with every purchase.

Can you add my data for me?

Yes — that's a paid add-on service. Get in touch and we'll quote it.

Can I change the colours to match my brand?

Yes. All templates are fully editable. We also offer a rebranding service if you'd rather we did it.

Is my data secure?

Your data never leaves your machine. Our dashboards don't connect to our servers, don't phone home, and don't transmit anything anywhere.

Can I use these commercially?

Yes — inside your own organisation, on unlimited internal projects. What you cannot do is resell, redistribute or repackage the templates themselves. See our terms for the detail.

What's your refund policy?

Digital downloads can't be returned once accessed, so we can't offer refunds as standard. If a file is faulty or doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
