What do I actually receive?
A digital download, available immediately after purchase — the dashboard itself as a self-contained HTML file, plus the metrics documentation and the training deck. Your licence key is sent separately by email within one business day. The dashboard will not open until the key is entered.
Why is the licence key not instant?
Each key is generated and signed against your organisation's name, which then appears inside the dashboard. That step is done by a person, not a script, so it takes up to one business day. If you need it faster, email us and we will usually turn it round the same day.
How long does a licence last?
Twelve months from purchase. The dashboard shows a reminder thirty days before expiry and stops opening at the end of the term. Renewing restores access and includes any updates released since you bought it. Licences do not auto-renew unless you chose a subscription at checkout.
How many companies does one licence cover?
Single covers one entity. Group covers up to five. Larger or multi-entity groups are priced on application — email hello@aidashboardfoundry.com.
Do I need any special software?
No. The dashboards are self-contained HTML files that open in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, tablets and phones. Nothing to install.
How do I get my own data in?
You export the required CSVs from your system and load them into the dashboard. The product page lists exactly which exports are needed, and written instructions are included with every purchase.
Is my data secure?
Your data never leaves your machine. The dashboards parse your files entirely in your browser — they do not connect to our servers, do not phone home, and do not transmit anything anywhere. You can run them with your network cable unplugged.
Can I use these commercially?
Yes, inside your own licensed organisation, by as many people as you like, for the licence term. What you cannot do is resell, redistribute or share the file or your key outside that organisation, or use it to provide a service to third parties without a written agreement. Can I change the thresholds and scoring?
Yes. The scoring bands ship as sensible defaults. The metrics documentation explains every formula and threshold and how to change them. If you would like them calibrated for you, or the dashboard shaped around a different process, we build bespoke editions on request.
What is your refund policy?
Because the licence key is issued on purchase, the fourteen-day cancellation right ends at that point. We will still refund you in full if the dashboard does not work as described, if the key we issued does not work and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice. What does it not do?
It is not a live integration — it reads a point-in-time export, not a real-time feed. It is not a forecasting tool. It does not replace your ERP.
