These terms govern your use of this website and any products you buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use a digital dashboard template. You are not buying ownership of the template or its underlying design.

What your licence allows

- Use within your own organisation, on unlimited internal projects
- Editing, rebranding and adapting the template for your own use
- Use by employees and contractors working on your behalf
- Producing reports and outputs from the template, including for your own clients

What your licence does not allow

- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or giving away the template file
- Repackaging the template as your own product, whether modified or not
- Sharing the file publicly, or uploading it to any template marketplace or file-sharing service
- Using our templates to create a competing library of templates for sale

The licence is granted to one organisation. If a second organisation needs it, they need their own licence.

Delivery

Downloads are available immediately after payment. If your download link fails, contact us and we will resend it.

Software requirements

Each product page lists what is needed to open the file. We cannot refund a purchase because you do not have the required software, so please check before buying.

Your data

Our dashboards run entirely on your own device. They do not connect to our servers and do not transmit your data anywhere. What you put into them stays with you.

Accuracy and limitation of liability

Our templates are tools, not advice. You are responsible for checking that any output is correct before relying on it for a business decision. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of figures produced by our templates, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability can be limited, it is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
