These terms govern your use of this website and any products you buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying
You are buying an annual licence to use a digital dashboard. You are not buying ownership of the dashboard, its design, or its underlying method.
Licence term
Dashboards are licensed annually. Your licence runs for twelve months from the date of purchase and the expiry date is shown on the key we issue you.
At the end of the term the dashboard will stop opening. A reminder appears inside the dashboard thirty days before that happens. Renewing restores access and includes any version updates released since you bought it.
Licences do not auto-renew unless you have chosen a subscription at checkout. If your licence lapses, your copy of the file remains yours but will not run.
Licence keys
On purchase we issue a licence key naming your organisation. The key is issued to one organisation and may not be shared outside it, covers the number of entities in the tier you bought, displays your organisation's name inside the dashboard, and stops working at the end of the term. Please keep your key — we can reissue it, but only to the organisation it was issued to.
What your licence allows
- Use of the dashboard by any number of people within your licensed organisation
- Unlimited refreshes with your own data for the licence term
- Keeping and using the documentation and training materials
- Changing thresholds and scoring bands to suit your business
What your licence does not allow
- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or giving away the file or your key
- Use by a separate legal entity outside your tier's entity allowance
- Removing, disabling or circumventing the licence check
- Removing our branding or presenting the dashboard as your own product
- Using it to provide a service to third parties without a written agreement
Removing or bypassing the licence check is a breach of these terms and ends your licence immediately, without refund.
Delivery
The dashboard files are available to download immediately after payment. Your licence key is issued separately and sent by email within one business day of purchase. The dashboard will not open until the key is entered.
VAT
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
Your data
Our dashboards run entirely on your own device. They do not connect to our servers and do not transmit your data anywhere. What you put into them stays with you.
What we do not promise
The dashboard reads a point-in-time export. It is not a live integration and it is not a forecasting tool. Scoring bands ship as defaults that have not been calibrated against your business — the documentation explains how to change them and is explicit about known limitations. Decisions you take on the basis of the dashboard remain yours.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
Our dashboards are tools, not advice. You are responsible for checking that any output is correct before relying on it for a business decision. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of figures produced by our dashboards, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability can be limited, it is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
